Ivan Fernandez

Ivan is the Industry Director at Frost & Sullivan’s Industry practice in Sydney. He has over 15 years of experience in tracking market and technology trends across diverse fields including energy, environment, process control and automation, mining, manufacturing, smart cities, software, hardware, and services for diverse applications, and other industry sectors. His consulting experience has included market opportunity assessments, end-user analysis, technical and management due diligence and competitive analysis. He has managed and executed diverse studies across Frost & Sullivan’s global offices. Ivan has also authored numerous reports and articles for www.frost.com and has been quoted frequently in leading international business magazines and industry journals and is a frequent speaker at leading industry events. Ivan holds a Masters qualification in Business Administration (MBA) and in Journalism & Mass Communications, and was a topper in his Advanced Marketing specialization (for the MBA program). He is a triple Gold medalist in his Bachelor’s degree. He enjoyed a brief stint teaching at his alma mater Loyola College where he completed a graduate degree in and then taught Visual Communication. He is the author of the recently published book “How Art Can Change Your Life – Life Lessons from artists past and present”

Coletta Tumelty

Coletta has 27 years’ consulting experience working across all levels in leading UK and global organisations. After brief spells as a secondary school teacher and as a university researcher in the USA, she joined General Electric Company where she worked in learning and HR roles. She won a company scholarship to undertake a Fellowship in Training and Management Development at Ashridge College of Management. After 5 years she joined a large UK Public Authority as Head of Customer Relations, Public Relations and Staff Development. She joined Hay Management Consultants in 1989 and was a leading practitioner in leadership development and assessment working with clients such as Unilever, Microsoft, Barclays, BOC, Bass plc and Cadburys. She also acted as Hay’s Director of Training for two years. In 1995, she left Hay to set up her own consulting and executive coaching business and to undertake PhD research at Lancaster University into new models for career development. She has built long-term relationships with clients such as Anglo American, Thomson-Reuters, Kimberly-Clark, Wrigley, CHEP, Sainsburys, the NHS, Egon Zehnder and the British Council. Coletta is a qualified counsellor, an NLP practitioner and an associate of the CIPD. She also undertakes voluntary counselling work. Coletta graduated from Bristol University with a BSc (Hons) Economics and post-graduate qualification in Education from Leicester University.
